Heat-resistant cables and wires: Flexible fluororesin multi-core cable 'FF Toughra'

ROHS compliant product! It also has excellent environmental characteristics such as water resistance and weather resistance!

"FF Tough" is a multi-core cable designed for resistance to bending and vibration, with excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and spatter resistance, capable of continuous use at temperatures up to 200°C. The combination of fine wire conductors and FEP/FRWR achieves resistance to bending and vibration. It can be used in areas where resistance to vibration and bending is not required, and it also exhibits excellent cable characteristics under temperature conditions that are insufficient for silicone rubber multi-core cables. 【Features】 ■ Maximum operating temperature: 200°C ■ Rated voltage: 600V or less ■ Conductor: Tin-plated soft copper wire (TA: fine wire configuration) ■ Insulation material: Fluororesin (FEP) ■ Outer sheath material: Flexible fluororesin (FRW) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat-resistant cables and wires: Fluororesin wires with heat resistance and chemical resistance.

For wiring in areas exposed to extreme temperatures or chemicals.

Fluororesin is an excellent insulating material with physical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and high lubricity, as well as various electrical characteristics. ■ ETFE (-100℃ to 150℃) ■ FEP (-253℃ to 200℃) ■ PFA (-195℃ to 260℃) ■ PTFE (-253℃ to 260℃) Please use it for the outlet lines of devices in harsh environments, such as around blast furnaces or where acidic substances and toner may adhere. Choose from ETFE to PTFE mainly based on the required heat resistance temperature. - For temperatures below 180℃, there are also more affordable silicone insulated wires available. - If ultra-high temperature resistance beyond fluororesin is required, nickel conductor silicone glass braided insulated wires are also available. 【Specifications】 ■ Rated voltage: 600V or less ■ RoHS compliant ■ Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (ETFE and FEP from 0.75SQ to 8SQ) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
